NU-CRYL® A.G. - (anti graffiti protective coating)
HPC 40 - made by Hydron
DESCRIPTION:
Nu-Cryl A.G. is a unique, clear, hydrophobic acrylic coating system. This anti graffiti coating gives a long term protection easy to clean for use on brick, stone, concrete & marble it is moisture vapour permeable (allowing the substrate to breath) gives 10-15 years protection with no colour change.
ADVANTAGES:
Nu-Cryl A.G. will not noticeably change the appearance of the substrate. Due to its excellent stain resistant and water repellent qualities, dirt, pollution, and even graffiti can be removed from the treated surface. The system gives long life graffiti and environmental protection. It has outstanding resistance to weathering and ultra-violet degradation, and no reapplication is required after graffiti removal. Satisfies Class’0’ requirements of current Building Regulation.
USES:
For use on brickwork, concrete, natural stone, reconstructed stone and blockwork, marble and terrazzo. Compatible with concrete surfaces treated with Silane. Allow 72 hours to lapse before overcoating surfaces treated with Silane.

NU-CRYL-W.R.S. - (oil & water repellent protective coating & weatherproofing)

DESCRIPTION:
Nu-Cryl W.R.S. is a unique acrylic oil and water repellent treatment. For porous vertical walls, a long term protection easy to clean for use on brick, stone, concrete & marble, it is moisture vapour permeable (allowing the substrate to breath).
ADVANTAGES:
Due to its excellent water repellent qualities, reduces penetration of oil and water, frost damage and organic growth. Non-stick and allows easy chewing gum removal. Conforms to BS 6477:1992. Stain and dirt resistant. Will not affect the original colour of the substrate. Highly resistant to weathering and UV exposure. Moisture vapour permeable.Non-glossy appearance. Unaffected by freeze/thaw cycles. One application required reducing labour costs.
USES:
For use on brickwork, concrete, natural stone, reconstructed stone and blockwork, granite, marble and terrazzo. May also be used on wood. . Prevents frost damage, prevents organic growth, soiling and the effects of acid rain.
COLOUR RANGE:
Clear, invisible.
Does not affect original colour.

Eco-Friendly – No VOC’s
Acrylic based solution designed to help protect blocks, patios & sand joints from water penetration, oil & grease spillages & dirt, grime build up.
Will enhance colour and help extend life of block paving driveways, paths & patios.
The product is a milky white liquid, but dries clear upon application.
Will tend to darken most masonry surfaces and sometimes leave a slight sheen. (some call this a “wet-look” with a slight matt / gloss finish.)
A small out-of-the-way test patch should be undertaken (as with all coatings) before applying to the main body of the paving to determine the appearance when dry.
Any surface that has been pre-treated with another sealer, particularly one which is silicone based, then this product may
not properly adhere to the surface.
First remove any moss or lichen and make any repairs that are necessary to the surface. Wash away all debris and ensure the surface is DRY & free from oil, grease, dust and any loose material.
The product is ready to use, shake can well, ensure a dry surface and apply using a brush, roller or low pressure sprayer.
Ensure no ponding occurs. For best results apply two coats, allowing 3-4 hours between coats or when first coat is touch dry. Allow to fully dry before allowing traffic onto treated surfaces. – (best left overnight)
Do not apply to wet surfaces or in conditions of high humidity or when rain is imminent. – Protect from rain until fully dry.
Do not apply to non-porous surfaces.
Coverage approximately 5-7m2 per litre depending on porosity of substrate.
Protection can be affected by maintenance regime, traffic, usage etc.
Best to remove any oil spills and contaminant with water as soon as possible after they happen.
Low hazard product – safe in normal use.
Wear gloves, wash splashes off skin with soap & water. If product enters eyes wash immediately with copious amounts of cold water.
Do not ingest.
Some people are more sensitive to chemicals products than others, if irritation occurs, discontinue use.
Keep children and pets away from treated areas until fully dry.
Do not allow run off to contaminate drains, waterways or plants.
Storage; - Store in cool, dry conditions away from direct sunlight, avoid freezing – protect from frost. Use within 12 months.
