How to use Malcleanse Sanitizer

• Remove visible residues, spray onto surface leave to air dry.
• Spray for easy application to surface or fabrics.
• Leave to air dry or absorb surplus with a clean paper towel after 2 minutes.
• It stays active even when the liquid is dry. Therefore you would not need to sanitise as frequently which saves you money.

Understanding how Malcleanse Sanitizer works ……

• For the microbes to reproduce they need to affix to a surface
• Once attached they reproduce by budding
• The cell swells and a clone is budded off
• Once completed the process repeats

Byotrol combines a physical effect with a chemical control provided by selected biocides. Byotrol physical properties interfere with the formation of a biofilm substantially reducing the micro organism’s ability to reproduce. Unable to reproduce, the “age” of the colony increases as does its vulnerability to chemical controls magnifying the biocides efficacy.

Byotrol physical properties create high & low surface tension areas on a microscopic scale, this effect cannot be felt by large scale organisms but it pulls and pushes minute organisms about. The micro organisms find it very difficult to settle or reproduce. Byotrol with the addition of some very simple and safe chemicals speeds up the eradication of the micro organisms.

In this way Byotrol prohibits bacterial growth on any treated surface for extended periods.
