Using high pressure water at 200 bar (2900 psi) 3 to 4 times the power of a standard jet-washer, the rotary head cleaner will not leave unattractive “striping” like a standard lance on a jet-washer, also splashing is minimal as it works at ground level. Can be used with hot or cold water.

Pump power is supplied by a twin cylinder diesel engine powered pump, that will deliver if require upto 30 liters / min. @ 200 bar. Some of the time less pressure and / or less flow is needed, this is controled at the pump and at the nozzle end.

| Malcolm has a state-of-the-art steam pressure system (twister5) - At the heart is a unit that delivers high pressure steam to a stripping tool.Stripped paint and excess water is then carried away through pipes. Twister5 can be used whenever the jetting water has to be disposed of for example indoors or for ecological reasons. Ingenious Because of its unmatched stripping and suction power, chemicals and/or strippers are not needed for some jobs. Twister5 can be used with cold or hot high pressure water. |
This tool can also be used indoors for stripping wallpaper. |

Heat is supplied by a state of the art Falch boiler fuelled by diesel, its output is 99 Kw. It will heat up to 17 litres / min to a temperature of 100 c. The flow rate can be increased to 30 litres / min and it will still deliver high temperatures. Less damage is done to many surfaces if the temperature is increased and pressure is droped. Ideal for many cleaning jobs.
