Paint Stripping from Houses & Buildings
Removing old paint (paint stripping) from external walls of buildings & houses, using steam under pressure & chemicals, this type of work is mainly carried out to the outside of property & is part of my exterior cleaning service. In the past inappropriate paints (coatings) have been applied to many masonry buildings, these did not allow the substrate to "breath" this can lead to "blowing" of the stone-work, serious damp can occur within and then frost can damage even more. Stripped paint and excess water is then carried away through pipes.Twister5 can be used whenever the jetting water has to be disposed of for example indoors or for ecological reasons. Ingenious because of its unmatched stripping and suction power, chemicals and/or strippers are not needed for some jobs. Twister5 can be used with cold or hot high pressure water.This is the same tool that Malcolm uses for stripping wallpaper indoors also good for cleaning after fire damage as the dirty water can be piped away.

Wet Blasting
Wet Blasting mixes abrasives medias such as soda, glass and ceramic beads, and even plastics, with water. This is done with a special nozzle head; the slurry is then discharged at a controlled and regulated velocity at the surface to be cleaned.Unlike dry blasting (or sand blasting), wet blasting uses a high volume water in the slurry to cushion the media. This mostly eliminates media imbedded into the surface.
After cleaning to help combat organic re-growth MALCLEANSE ALGAE CONTROL (Byotrol) - Byotrol is DEFRA approved - can be applied to all masonry types, this is a non hazardous product that is ready to use that will inhibit the growth of green algae, organic growth & micro-organisms on a multitude of surfaces. Cleaning up after someone has used "Spray Fence Paint" -
This year I have had a few people come to me to remove garden fence paint from either there own or neighbours path / patio!

External masonry & stone cleaning after fire (including internal areas of commercial / industrial buildings), wash down of soot & carbon residue is one of the first things to do after a fire.
Chewing Gum Removal
For large paved areas like pavements, walkways etc we can turn up daytime or out of normal hours with a self contained diesel powered steam washer that can produce hot water at 150 0C and water pressure up to 200 bar. This is ideal for cleaning large areas of chewing gum coated surface. ~ Call for more info.

Chemical cleaning; farms, kennels, stables - looking after animal welfare. After washing down a spray round with disinfectant leaves the area clean and fresh once more.
